This was an investigation into common everyday items and establishing a new context in jewellery for them.

The first step was to find materials which suited and support the item I decided to use: cotton buds. The results were paper maché, felt and foam, stone and silver. This is part of the same series as the colourful "untitled" rings, and was the founder for my "Zipfel" rings.
